New Things

Mommy bought me a new toy to play with. It is called a Bumbo seat. I have sat in it a couple of times and I do a great job of holding up my head. Although, I have done this since I was born, despite my young age. Jared loves watching me play and is a great big brother. I am starting to smile a little bit, I am still trying to figure that part out.

I also have started day care because Mommy went back to work. I am currently attending Carousel, but Mommy just found out there will be space at Roper Learning Center where Mommy works starting in January, so although Carousel has been fun, I will be moving. I will be able to be with Mommy's friend's little boys- Taylor and Turner Slade. They are starting on the same day I will. I am really looking forward to it. I also hope my new friend James is able to start soon too.
We will keep everyone posted on how things are going. We are taking our first long road trip this weekend to Atlanta for Louis' Bar Mitzvah. I am really looking forward to meeting all my new cousins. The ride should be interesting too. Keep checking on my new pictures.
Love, Andrew

Thanksgiving

For my first Thanksgiving, we went to Savannah to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with Bubbe, Grandpa, and Aunt Rachel. This was the first time I met Aunt Rachel and she had a good time holding me and playing with me. Needless to say, there was never a time when I was fussy and there were plenty of hands to hold me. We went to the mall and did some shopping and also saw Mommy and Daddy's friend Eric, Kristy and Benjamin. I was a good boy for the most part and I am looking forward to many more Thanksgiving holidays.

Enjoy my pictures.

Pacifier

Well, I have to say I love my pacifier and I have already figured out how to hold onto it. I am making sure this does not go anywhere.

Time flies when you are having fun!

Well, I am 2 months old now and we can't believe how quickly time has gone by. I am growing by leaps and bounds and actually have put on a good bit of weight since birth. At my 2 month check up I now weigh 9lbs 10 oz. Dr. Vasko was very impressed and says I am the picture of good health. I have been learning a lot of new things, I am starting to smile and coo and Jared is working on teaching me as well. He loves laying with me on my playmat and I am watching everything he is doing, especially as Mommy tells him NO. I like my swing and I am starting to get on a schedule, well maybe not, but I like to think so. I eat about every 3 hours during the day and can go 4-5 hours at night. Mommy thinks this is wonderful.

We have included a lot of pictures so everyone can see how cute I am and how much I have grown, since most of my family has seen me. We have a lot of family functions coming up and I am getting excited to meet more of my extended family and of course to see all my grandparents.
Some of my posts may slow down because Mommy is going back to work right after Thanksgiving and I will start day care at Carousel, so we will do our best to keep everyone updated but keep checking back if you don't see anything new.

Thanks!

Bath Time

Well, it took Mommy and Daddy a little while to get in the swing of giving me and Jared a bath, but they have finally accomplished it. The other thing was when I first started getting baths, Mommy forgot to take pictures, but she has some now. I enjoy my bath and I have tried once to take a bath at the same time as Jared and the bathroom was a little crowded. As I get older I am sure it will get easier. Don't I look relaxed in these pictures. Jared also likes to help and watch as I get my bath.

Enjoy!

GO DAWGS

Well, we can't have pictures of either of the children without at least having some UGA pictures thrown in there. Jared is a true fan and can recognize a Georgia G a mile away. Mommy and Daddy will start working on me once I start focusing on things. Throughout this blog, I am sure you will see many pictures of Andrew in Georgia gear.

Halloween and October pictures

Here are some other recent pictures of me. I went Trick or Treating with my big brother Jared and his friends. I had a friend come along too. We didn't take a picture of him, but we have stroller pictures. Benjamin and I hung out in our strollers while our big brothers went house to house. It was a lot of fun.

I have also enjoyed hanging out at home with all my things and sitting in both my bouncy seat and swing. I am growing a lot and am starting to do new things, but according to my prematurity I am only about 3 weeks old, so we are looking forward to new things everyday.

Enjoy my updates.
